IM-4151-OL1-2017FA: Supply Chain Management-2017FA

This course provides an examination of theory and practice in the management of global business logistics (more generally known as supply chain management or SCM). The course will examine SCM strategy, design, planning, and operations. Specifically, students will be exposed to a variety of methods for forecasting, managing inventory, and transporting goods. Students will gain an important systems perspective on the supply chains needed to get products from their sources to assembly to their end users.
