Description
This course focuses on current trends in the market segmentation of unique groups of consumers. Students will learn how organizations segment customers using demographic, psychographic, geographic, and behavioral variables. Topics include segmentation strategy, targeting techniques, product development, and data analysis. Special emphasis will be placed on unique groups that represent underserved consumers in the marketplace.
